Hi, I'm Marissa, your Friendly Neighborhood Bread Lady

I'm a small home-based microbakery in Menifee, California. My love for baking has grown into something much bigger than simply making bread. After recently receiving a kidney transplant, my perspective on food and nourishment changed deeply. I became even more passionate about using simple, intentional ingredients and creating food that I feel good about sharing with the families in my community.

Everything I make is handcrafted in small batches, with care put into every loaf, roll, cookie, and pasta. Because everything is made fresh to order and in small batches, preorders are necessary. I need time to prepare, ferment, bake, and package each order properly. This allows me to give every product the time and attention it deserves rather than mass-producing or keeping large quantities on hand.

This is a proudly woman-owned home bakery and a certified California Cottage Food Operation (CFO) — everything is made legally and safely in my own kitchen.
